The software (developed by DEE TECH LLC using Claude and Gemini) is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Patent

Patent pending. The two-step composite grapheme synthesis input method and interface embodied in this software are the subject of a United States provisional patent application filed by DEE TECH LLC.

Trademarks

Solladal and சொல்லாடல் are trademarks of DEE TECH LLC. All other marks are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in this license grants any right to use the DEE TECH LLC marks as a brand or source identifier for any other product or service, or in any manner likely to cause confusion.

Covenant Not to Assert for Non-Commercial and Educational Use

Subject to the terms below, DEE TECH LLC covenants that it will not assert its pending patent (or any patent issuing therefrom) against, and welcomes, the genuine non-commercial, personal, and educational use of the official Solladal application as distributed by DEE TECH LLC — for example, personal play, family use, and use by teachers and students in a classroom or academic setting. Referential (nominative) use of the Solladal name to identify the application in such non-commercial educational contexts is likewise permitted.

This covenant:

is a limited promise not to assert the patent for the stated uses only, and is not a license to the copyrighted source code, visual assets, or word-bank databases, which remain "all rights reserved" as stated above;
does not permit any commercial use, sale, sublicensing, redistribution, or the creation or distribution of derivative or competing applications;
does not grant any trademark rights beyond the referential use described above;
applies only to the official application as distributed by DEE TECH LLC, and not to modified or third-party versions; and
may be modified or withdrawn by DEE TECH LLC prospectively at any time, without affecting uses made in good faith before the change.

All rights not expressly addressed by this covenant are reserved.
